If you are using the Services on behalf of a child or minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and that you accept these Terms on their behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Account Terms

To use certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.

You agree to:

• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Use one account per individual or household as permitted by your plan, and not share credentials in ways that violate these Terms.
• Comply with applicable laws and our acceptable use expectations when using the Services.

3. AI Content Generation

StoryNestly uses artificial intelligence to help create stories and related content. AI-generated output may be imperfect, incomplete, or inconsistent with your intent. You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it, especially with children.

We may update models, prompts, and generation behavior to improve quality and safety. We do not guarantee that any particular style, length, or topic will always be available or error-free.

4. User Ownership

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, you retain ownership of original material you provide (such as text prompts and uploads). StoryNestly retains rights in the Services, including our software, branding, templates, and aggregated improvements.

To operate and improve the Services, you grant StoryNestly a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, and transmit your content as reasonably necessary to provide the product you use. Additional restrictions or grants may apply based on your subscription tier or feature settings.

5. Child Safety & Privacy

We design StoryNestly with families in mind. Features aimed at children should be used with appropriate parental involvement. Do not use the Services to collect personal information from children in violation of law or our Privacy Policy.

Content that exploits, endangers, or targets minors is strictly prohibited. We may remove content, suspend accounts, and cooperate with authorities when required.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, scraping or redistributing our software at scale, generating unlawful or harmful content, or using the Services to compete with or replicate StoryNestly in ways that breach these Terms.

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take action, including termination of access where permitted by law.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout or in your account. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date through your account or app store. Taxes may apply based on your location. If payment fails, we may suspend paid features until payment succeeds.
