SN Studio operates this website. For privacy questions, write to contact@storynestly.com. This page describes data we process as a studio. Client systems we build are covered by that project's agreement.
What we collect
If you send the contact form we receive your name, email, company, service interest, and message. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and the pages you request. We do not sell personal data.
Why we use it
We use form data to reply to enquiries and to keep a record of the conversation. We use logs to keep the site available and to investigate abuse.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deliver a proposal or project, then according to our accounting and legal duties. You can ask us to delete or correct your data by emailing us.
Processors
Hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf. They are bound by their own terms and, where required, a data-processing agreement.
